Police released surveillance photo pf person wanted for questioning.
Priscilla Lok 68 was attempting to cross the street at the intersection of Grand and Crystie streets when she was stuck by a Citibike rider on a pedal assist bike. At the time of the incident it appeared that the rider had pulled Miss Lok to the curb then approached an NYPD vehicle before slipping away.

The NYPD Highway Patrol accident investigation unit located and interviewed a person of interest wanted for questioning and determined after reviewing surveillance footage determined there was no criminality involved. The incident was ruled an accident.
