Chinatown fire Victims Laid to Rest

A solemn procession made its way through Chinatown Saturday morning July 8. Mr and Mrs Wu who were victims of a devastating fire June 20 were laid to rest. The Wu’s who lived above the HQ E-bike repair shop located at 80 Madison Street were 2 of 4 residents who lost their lives.

AAFE (Asian Americans for Equality) and REDC Small Business had aided families in making funeral arraignments and are fronting the funds started a fundraiser several weeks ago.
