Kidd A LLC received unanimous approval from CB3’s SLA committee last night.
Kidd A partner Nicholas Mouchel appeared before CB3 SLA committee to plresent their case for a full liquor license (OP)at the yet to be named restaurant. The French style bistro will be located at the old Hop Shing location at 9-10 Chatham Square.
During the hearing 7 residents spoke in favor of the application and 2 residents against a full liquor but in favor of a wine & beer (WB) license. The bistro’s hours of operation will be 5pm until 12-midnight 7 days a week. Those in favor argued the need for investment and diversity in Chinatown.
The resolution will go for a full board vote Sept 26 since community boards are in recess during the month of August with exception of the SLA committee,
