The NYC DOT will be hosting in-person workshops looking for public input on possible ways to upgrade public spaces along Park Row.
The workshops will be at Kimlau Square July 26,27 with Cantonese and Mandarin translators.
Workshops will also be under the arches of the Brooklyn Bridge
